What you are buying
Spotter Round is a downloadable software kit. Your use of it is governed by the Spotter Round license: one company, as many machines and projects as you like, no redistribution. Read it before you buy. The kit is provided as is, without warranty, and the license sets the limit on our liability. These terms cover the purchase itself.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged once, at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Delivery
The download is available as soon as payment completes, on the order page and in your customer dashboard, and the order confirmation email links to it. Downloads are numbered versions with a list of what changed. Every future version of the kit is added to your account at no charge, and you are never forced to update.
Buying also starts a short series of emails about setting up and using the kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and a refund stops the series.
Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order number and the refund goes back to the payment method you used. The fourteen days apply to your first purchase: if you have been refunded and buy again, that purchase is final. A refund ends the license.
Your account
Your customer dashboard shows your orders and downloads. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that address current.
Privacy
What we collect and why is on the privacy page. We do not sell your information.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
